Born & raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Allan started podcasting in 2020 with
"The Cogan Conversation", dedicated to discussing the nuance of current affairs.
After getting burned out from the political divide and bad faith arguments,
Allan took his interview and production skills to his true passion with "Crafted Conversations"

Allan has spend several years in the non-profit space, legal research, and federal consulting for various defense contracts but currently pays the bills with professional videography & production as well as freelance with this show, serves as an Infantry Officer in the Army National Guard, and holds a Masters in Education Policy from The University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
He spends his free time playing Jazz guitar and classical violin, enjoying cigars and debating
cinema trends with his good friend and producer Grant.
Allan currently lives in North Carolina with his wife, son, dog, and 2 cats!
Grant is a multimedia producer working at Pacific Legal Foundation, a non-profit
constitutional law firm, where he produces documentaries and ad campaigns for their clients whose rights have been violated by the government.
Since leaving film school at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Grant continues to produce and direct independent short and feature films, music videos, and more - alongside producing
this passion project with Allan.
Grant still lives in Milwaukee, Wi - where he was born and raised, spending most of his time in movie theaters or shooting and developing his own film photography.
If you ever find him in the wild, buy him a glass of Woodford Double Oaked on the
rocks and he'll tell you all his production horror stories.

Nick is an engineer working in the electric utilities industry, where he is focused on creating and maintaining electric distribution system construction standards for a variety of materials.
Residing in his hometown of Milwaukee, WI just down the road from Grant - Nick achieved his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Marquette University and will proudly educate you on the unique history of our nation’s electrical grid and how important transformers are.
Outside of work, Nick will often be found enjoying a cigar and a glass of sherry-aged scotch, or watching baseball games at Miller Park in support of his favorite team, the Milwaukee Brewers.
